When and how do I pay for my individual session?
Payment is due by the end of the day on the day of your session.  There are number of ways that you can pay for your session, found here.

How do I cancel my participation in a class and get a refund?
If you have purchased a class and you need to cancel, please contact Emily immediately.  She handles refunds for classes on a case-by-case basis.  

What are the terms and cancellation policy of astrology packages?
Package Terms
You have three months to complete your sessions before they expire.
Sessions booked without payment are cancelled within 24 hours.
If a booked session needs to be rescheduled within the three-month framework, please e-mail Emily. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule a session.


Package Cancellation Policy
For all Duo packages, the package can be cancelled up to 3 months after booking.
If both sessions are unused, you will be refunded half of your purchase.  
If one session is unused, you will be refunded one-fourth of your purchase.
No refunds are given three months after purchase.

For all Trio packages, the package can be cancelled up to 3 months after booking.
If all three sessions are unused, you will be refunded half of your purchase.  
If two sessions are unused, you will be refunded one-third of your purchase.
If one session is unused, you will be refunded one-fourth of your purchase.
No refunds are given three months after purchase.  
 
Why do some individual sessions have much higher prices than others when they take the same amount of time?
Before each session, Emily e-mails clients many documents to fully provide clients with both information and the means to use and integrate it in their lives.  Each price reflects the amount of research and preliminary preparation that is needed for each session.
 
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my individual session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done 48 hours in advance.  Otherwise, you will be billed for half of the cost of the session to cover the cost of the preparation work already completed.  To cancel or reschedule, please e-mail Emily. Please include the date, time, and topic of your session that you wish to cancel or reschedule in your e-mail. 

I have a topic that I would like astrological advice on and none of your sessions are the right fit for me. Can I book a customized session?
