People of all abilities are welcome. Please talk to me if you need accommodation.

When expressions of bigotry, hatred, oppression and ill-will are seen in my own mind and interpersonally—both in my community and in the world—I vow to respond with skillful and loving thoughts, words, and actions, in order to put an end to the suffering caused by them.

May all of us, together, alleviate the fear, hatred, selfishness and delusion in our world.

The inclusion statement of Windrose Holistic Wellness is nearly verbatim to the inclusion statement of the Mountains and Rivers Order of Zen Buddhism found at:

Deep gratitude to the MRO for their continual inquiry into the nature of and compassionate actions to address race, gender, sexual orientation, and ethnic biases that are so pervasive in our world.

Deep gratitude to the work done by Doshin Nelson of Integral Zen to address individual and collective cultural, ethnic, and racial shadows directly.

Deep gratitude to the work done by Thea Elijah of Perennial Medicine to address systemic racism and the inequities present in the practice of Chinese Medicine in the United States and in our world.

May all beings be at ease!
